Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Ex Gaming Shop (https://exgamingshop.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must provide a valid email and phone number during registration to receive order updates and security notifications.
Order & Security Policy
In-Game Services (Login Based)
- For In-Game top-ups, you must provide valid login credentials (Email/Phone and Password).
- Please **refrain from logging into your account** while the order is "In Progress" to avoid delivery failures.
- For your security, we strongly advise you to **change your password** immediately after the order is marked as "Completed."
- Ex Gaming Shop handles your login data temporarily. All credentials are purged from our system once the transaction is finalized.
ID Code Services (Player ID)
- You are required to provide the correct **Player ID/User ID** for these services.
- Ex Gaming Shop is **not responsible** for successful top-ups delivered to an incorrect Player ID provided by the customer.
- No refunds or compensations will be issued for errors made by the user during the ID submission process.
- Please double-check your In-Game Name and ID before confirming the order.
Payment & Refunds
Strict Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of digital goods (UC, CP, Diamonds, Gift Cards), **all sales are final**. No refunds will be issued once the product is successfully delivered. Refunds are only applicable if we are unable to fulfill the order within 48 hours.
User Conduct
Any attempt to cheat the payment gateway, provide fake transaction IDs, or harass our support staff will result in a **permanent ban** from Ex Gaming Shop without any refund.
